Notre maison du lac est sur un chemin trĂšs privĂ© Ă  un cadre tranquille sur le lac Sugar Ă  Remer. 30 minutes de Grand Rapids ou 10 minutes de Remer. Sugar Lake est un lac magnifique pour de nombreuses activitĂ©s estivales (navigation de plaisance, pĂȘche, baignade et kayak). Quelques jeux de plein air sont Ă©galement fournis. Notre maison du lac dispose de 3 chambres (1 reine et 2 complĂšte). 2 salons dont un avec un canapĂ©-lit. Beaucoup de jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© Ă  choisir. TĂ©lĂ©viseur avec uniquement des films, apportez le vĂŽtre ou choisissez parmi les nombreux fournis.

This house is amazing! We were so impressed with the accommodations. It is set very far back away from other cabins, but has a beautiful and welcoming presence. There were barely any mosquitoes, which we found very surprising up north. The house is set up perfectly for a family or even a couple’s retreat. The deck had the most spectacular view of the lake and we watched the sun set every night. There is a loon family living on the lake and they make the most beautiful sounds. We would highly recommend staying at this cabin for a relaxing and fun adventure.

The house and amenities were as nice as the pictures. There are,very few steps to the lake and a nice dock. The pontoon was a great addition, and Sugar Lake didn't disappoint with lots of northerns and bass.

Exceptional Vacation Spot!!

A beautiful getaway spot! Loved listening to the loons, fishing off the pontoon, playing yard games, paddling around on the boards or boat, & witnessing amazing sunsets & sunrises. Tammy was very helpful & quick in answering any questions we had. I highly recommend this getaway spot!?

Family time at Sugar Lake!

Our family enjoyed a great week at Sugar Lake! The property provided all the amenities you need and more. Some of our favorite things were our pontoon rides (kids loved jumping off in the middle of the lake), nights by the fire, games in the yard, pedal boat rides and having coffee in the mornings by the lake. Tammy was super easy to communicate with and was very helpful during our stay too. Great propery!!

Wildlife and nature’s

The property was beautifully secluded in nature and on a beautiful lake. We watched otters, geese, loons and even a wild turkey daily. When kayaking by the island we came across a pelican. A very well stocked property. We only needed our clothes and food. What a wonderful location. We will likely visit again!!

Great Vacation

We had such a wonderful time at this rental. The place is so well supplied - toiletries, soap, linens, pillows, spices, kitchen gadgets and dishes, games, movies, etc. just amazing. Beds were comfortable. We ran into a few dishes not well cleaned but that's on other renters, not the owner. Sunsets are incredible! We caught fish every time we ventured out on the lake. We saw deer, eagles, otters, & rabbits. The kayaks and paddleboat are such a plus! The owner communicated well and responded quickly to each question. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you Tammy, for sharing this property - we loved the memories we made!

Great house with great views

Just an overall great experience at this lake house. The house was clean, everything worked, fully stocked with towels, bug spray and has a washer and dryer on site! My family had a great time on the lake, and Tammy was very quick with responses for any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here!

Annual Lake Vacation

My husband and I have been doing this annual lake vacation for three years with my best friend and her 3 kids. Its a time for us to reconnect, relax and have fun. We really enjoyed staying at Tammy's house on Sugar lake. It offered us beautiful sunsets, great fishing and fun times exploring the lake on the pontoon and kayaks! We brought our dogs along and they just loved it! They were able to explore the yard, splash in the water and nap in the sunshine. I highly recommend staying at her place, she takes great care of it, is very responsive when you have questions and overall it offers any family or group of friends a great place to hang out!

Relaxing seclusion

We had a very nice time here. It was quiet and relaxing. For anglers it is a must to rent the pantoon. The lake is full of fish. There is a lot of games in the house and you enjoy staying outside too. All and all we had a great time.

Wonderful lake vacation

We loved staying here. The house was clean and orderly and the kitchen was well-equipped. We had breakfast on the deck and watched the sun rise on the lake. Our dogs loved running through the wooded areas and they had new experiences with boat rides on a pedal boat. They have two kayaks that we used every day. The Mesabi Trail is close and we biked it two days.

Cabin week 2022

We had a great week at this property!! It is very secluded and the yard is much bigger than pictures show! We set up a Croquet course on one side and played bags on the other still had plenty of room for yard chairs! The house itself is very comfortable and fully stocked with all you need! We enjoyed numerous pontoon rides and we rented and brought a jet ski ...lake is pretty quiet especially during the week so it was nice to have the space to play around and not worry about traffic on the lake! My parents are in their 70's so to have a one level house was very ideal! And the lake level to pontoon ( just a few steps) is also very nice! Great sandy beach area for kids ours are teens so did not use but remember times when they would have loved that!! They have a good variety of games to play during rainy times and beautiful view of lake from front living room if you are stuck in the house. Tammy was always available to me within minutes of texting!! Highly recommend doing Walmart pick up as she has in her options, was soooo nice to walk into the cabin fully stocked with our stuff!! I asked for a recommendation for a dinner night out and she said The Pickled Loon......it was sooooo good!!! Highly recommend also! Beautiful sunsets and just an overall 5 star experience!! Thank you Tammy!! :)

Perfect quiet lake escape

Our family (me and husband, our 5 and almost 2 year old, husband’s parents and sister) wanted a relaxing get away; this fit the bill perfectly. The property matched the description very well with so many thoughtful extras and nicely stocked with pretty much everything you need. We had one issue early on with water pressure in the showers, and Tammy responded really quickly and had it sorted out within hours. The little beach area is nice and sandy, great for swimming. The paddle boat and kayaks were fun to have on hand as well. We were pleasantly pretty much bug free until the next to last day right after it rained as well. The cabin itself is quite remote so perfect since we wanted something very quiet and private, but the road in is a very long dirt road and quite a ways from town so best to not plan for frequent quick trips to town. All in all great, cozy, and private lake cabin exactly as described with a thoughtful and responsive host.

Family Lake Vacation

The Sugar Lake property was really lovely for our family vacation. We had plenty of room inside and outside for playing and relaxing. Our host was so kind in making room for us to bring our own boat and in communicating with us when needed. Thanks for a lovely location for us to enjoy a get away and to enjoy some family time.

Private and secluded area and lake with a comfortable house that has everything you need - just like home! Fishing was great, which added to the pleasure, and the weather cooperative! It was a great 2 weeks to relax and catch up with family!

Secluded lake home

This was very off the beaten path. Would recommend bringing a chain saw. There were a couple of trees down across the private dirt road that leads to the cabin that we had to deal with. It was very windy during our stay though. The house was very well appointed. They had everything you would need and more. Great fishing too!

Secluded Getaway

We spent two weeks at this lovely house enjoying the fall leaves and beautiful sunsets. We made use of the grill, the screened-in tent, the kayaks and paddle boat. Great central location for State Parks and biking the Mesabi Trail.
