Customer service? We paid over $700 for two rooms. The customer service- condescending. Don’t arrive at night- there is very poor lighting to get to the front of the hotel. My 76 year old mom fell going up the stairs. We checked in late- asking for a late check out 12:00 instead of 11:00- the front desk attendant wasn’t knowledge (of really anything about the resort) and said you need to ask in the morning Right in the morning I ask for a the late check out ( the “welcome” letter is very friendly and makes a guest feel welcomed, appreciated and a late check out it isn’t an issue) as my mom needs more sleep as the time change is effecting her. The declined her room but I could get a late check out in one room. Both rooms the exact same… same view, layout etc The front desk attendant said “if she does not leave she will be charged for another night, as a guest wants that specific room.” We are talking an hour later check out so my mom can get some. More sleep for the $700 we paid to stay for 12 hours! Why were we not told that specifically room 307 could not have a late check out when we checked in (10 hours before) The hotel isn’t close to being full for the next night. I emailed management, nobody got back to me.

Location and view, are amazing. I booked this hotel expecting a premium experience given the high price. Unfortunately, the front desk service was extremely disappointing. During check-in, the staff seemed uninterested and dismissive, offering no greeting. This poor service overshadowed the rest of my stay and left me questioning the value of the hotel.

The beauty of this setting is only exceeded by the lovely staff, marvelous amenities, (such as bicycles, spa, healthy breakfast, marvelous beach walks,) and a marvelously appointed room! There is an extensive detail of attention for the guest: a true respite! It is a grand pleasure to stay here; the only disappointment is that it was not for a longer time frame!

A wonderful stay with great amenities!

Beautiful facilities. Tranquil, modern, very spacious suite with deck perfect. A perfect stay for getting away and reaxing. We enjoyed riding the available bikes through the National Park, the quality of food at the Fin restaurant, the friendly and efficient staff, and the availability of a workout room, fitness and mindfulness classes, laundry, and hiking trails. Highly recommended.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing from our room of the beach. There is one restaurant and an ice cream spot right across the hotel along the beach, we enjoyed both of these. The hot tubs are brand new and the sauna was a really nice touch to enjoy outside in the evening.
