The whole hotel is looking rough and needs a goid renovation. The hallways are uneven and bumpy. When I arrived on my floor someone was lying on.the floor outside a room.i had to call the front desk twice to get them to do something about it as I did not feel safe walking diwn the hallway. Very disappointed with the hotel in general. It used to be great hotel. Not anymore.

The tv remote didnt fully work. You could change chanels or volume but you couldnt access settings which normally wouldnt be a big deal but there was a part of a caption in the middle of the screen that wouldn't go away and you could not get into settings to try and make it go away. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The fridge was quite loud throughout the night. The breakfast was good, bur limited.

We booked online because this hotel was trying to advertise as a classy place with a spa. In all honesty, it was a run down room with the bare minimum. The bed was very comfortable, but we did not sleep at all due to all the people upstairs fighting then making up..if you know what i mean..all night long. I felt like we were in a rent by the hour place. I called the front desk and eventually it got quiet. We were only given 2 towels and one face clothe. I was very disappointed in the room cleanliness. The food in the Jax lounge was good, and the servers were very friendly and efficient.
