The staff were friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning was excellent. The location is a major plus, with stores and restaurants easily accessible. A continental buffet breakfast is included, which is very convenient. ​We did notice the room was not fully soundproof, as we could hear noise from the 3rd floor at night, and the hallway had an unpleasant smell. However, the great service and comfort made for a positive stay.

I enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful when we couldn’t find our room number on the 3rd floor. The lobby, hallway and room were all clean and comfortable. We were happy about the spare blanket. The bed linens were awesomely clean. The water pressure for showering was great. The big towels, hand towels and face cloths were clean and plentiful. The one thing that could be done to improve anyones’ stay would be real glasses, cups and silverware. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Beds were advertised as Queen size. They are Full sized, we confirmed with a measuring tape. Clerk at front desk was very rude and lied about bed size when we tried requesting another room with the bed size we paid for, and did not mention hot tub being out of service. Floors and elevator were filthy, and I found hairs in the tub and on the clean towels.
