I was charged a 200 deposit that takes 5 to 7 days to go back on my visa . I had to walk over a 2 ft snow bank to get to my room .The bathroom had mold on the outer wall . Breakfast was some muffins and doughnuts and cereal.

it was okay and safe BUT!! Whoa, tip option was EVERYWHERE! Email, text, lobby, nightstands, door, I was there ONE night!!! I am now receiving texts from the hotel on Expedia asking for TIPS! I AM NEVER RETURNING! I tip when service is exceptional or appropriate. This dogging a customer is badly inappropriate. You lost a customer and Expedia lost a client because of this.
