My room was not cleaned at all including changing of linens, bathtubs, bathroom, vacuum; we were given pool towels instead of fresh linens. The promised compensation has not been honored after 2 conversations and 3 telephone calls. The breakfast was, limited. My child only eats bacon and zero meat was offered.

I liked that they cleaned the rooms every day. A lot of places don’t do that anymore if you stay more than 1 day. Very comfortable bed but hard to get sleep if your room is in back of hotel cuz all you hear is the trucks on rt 81.

For the price you can't go wrong. Everything was great. Breakfast which is the one thing I check before I book anywhere was a 7 out of 10. No meats. But still worked out fine for me and the family. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, breads, potatos, juice milk cereal coffee.

Think twice,Looks are deceiving!

The entrance looked nice a promising Nonetheless it got rough as the night went along. The side door handle is either installed wrong or broken and never fixed. So instead of twisting the handle down to open you had to twist it up which pinched my thumb in between the door and door handle. The Room itself for cleanliness was great actually. I did book a room with a King bed got there and was told my room was taken. That start things off to a rough start! The Air Conditioner was trash The shower which was our ABSOLUTE biggest complaint was like getting sprayed by a fine mist water bottle. With no water pressure although turned to max capacity. The soiled Linen chute was left open the entire night. Which we thought that was dangerous with kids there Breakfast EXCELLENT Coffee EXCELLENT I actually have video not pics but it only lets you upload pics. Disappointing I really wanted to show the shower stream or lack there of.

Checkin was painless and efficient; not happy with no meat offered for the breakfast but rest of it was fine. Got stuck in an elavator at 1:00 am for about half an hour till a desk clerk was able to manually get me out. Went to LL by mistake and then tried to go to 1st floor but would only move up a little and stop between floors which wouldn’t allow the doors to open. Didn’t matter what buttons I pushed it wouldn’t move. Elected to not push fire alarm to prevent full evacuation of hotel and dispatching of emergency fire equipment.

One of our favorite hotels as we travel south.

We travel every year to Florida and make this our stop partway down and partway home. This is one of our favorite stops! Wonderful breakfasts, the rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable.
