Staff were super friendly and the mall is right beside the property. We loved the shuttle option to Main Street. Breakfast was good as well but got busy at times. Would definitely stay here again.

Run down and old. Rust on the ceilings, damaged door to our bathroom…. Peeling wood, spider webs in the corners….. really disappointed. The lobby was nice, but the room was a different story. Won’t be staying here again.

The breakfast ,ran out of pancakes before the breakfast time was over ,only had pork sausages , no turkey or chicken sausage for those who don't eat pork. But the Staff was very friendly,i will come again . Thank you

Room was very big and clean the shower pressure was not the best needs a little fixing but everything else made up for that. pool was very nice and clean breakfast was good but you guys need waffles to push the breakfast to the top. If Iam ever in Texas again hands down this will be the only place I Stay 10 out 10 stars ⭐

My stay was very nice. The front desk staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I appreciate how well maintained the property is. Minor details like the smell from the AC, didn't bother me much. The only suggestion I have is, housekeeping should wait until guests are checked out, prior to them entering my room. They came far too early, it wasn't even 9am.

I have stayed at Hyatt Place since 2016 in various locations and note that the facilities are starting to take on a bit of the "shabs". Time takes toll. Also, breakfast are less than I originally recall and even lower priced spreads I have stayed at are doing better these days.

It’s a very clear hotel, really near to the convention center and to the airport; the staff is very, very friendly and the breakfast buffet is good and complete
