Appartamento Leonardo is a historic residence, renovated combining modern furnishings with the original finishes of its time to create a unique atmosphere impossible to find elsewhere, while at the same time providing you with all the comforts you need!



Outside the apartment there is a large space with table and umbrella, where you can enjoy breakfasts, dinners and aperitifs in company.

The location is very convenient and goes perfectly with the style of the apartment: by walking 50 meters, crossing the ancient streets of the center, you will find yourself directly on the lakefront.



The house has a garage reserved for you, and even on foot, within 300 meters you will find all the services you will need during your stay in Gravedona (bars, restaurants, grocery store, pier).



The kitchen is extensively equipped: induction hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, sink, toaster, espresso machine, kettle, pots, pans and kitchen utensils. You will obviously also find plates, glasses and cutlery for all guests.



From the living room and the mezzanine it is possible to admire the coffered ceiling, which was also completely restored and brought to new condition during the renovation, completed in 2024.



The living room is very large and has a comfortable corner sofa and a dining table for 6 people.



The double bedroom is located on the ground floor, and has its own walk-in closet and bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet and shower.



The second bedroom has two single beds and it is located on the mezzanine above the living area. It also has its bathroom, complete with toilet, sink and shower.

Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.



The apartment is located on the ground floor, reachable from the parking by climbing 5 steps, while to go up to the mezzanine you have to climb a flight of stairs.
