Riva&Lago is a comfortable studio apartment located a just few hundred meters outside the center of the town of Gravedona, directly on the promenade that runs along the lake.



Outside the apartment we find a tiny balcony furnished with a table and chairs completely at your disposal, furthermore, right in front of the lake, we find a large green condominium area, where you can bring your deckchairs and enjoy the view in complete relax. From this garden you can directly access the promenade that runs along the lake!



Less than 1000 meters away you will find all the services you will need during your stay in Gravedona (bars, restaurants, grocery store, pier).



The kitchen is complete with everything: induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, toaster, microwave, kettle, pots, pans and kitchen utensils. You will obviously also find plates, glasses and cutlery for all guests.



To complete the studio we find a comfortable double bed and a sofa.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linens for the bed and towels for the bathroom.
