Had an electrical receptacle by the desk that wasn't mounted to the wall box. I just had to insert the mounting screws. Bathroom was missing a light bulb. (quite dim). Seemed to be quite humid even with the AC running.

Tbh…. I would give it zero stars! They did not come in and clean our room the entire time we stayed. 3 days 2 nights. The exercise room is literally one machine and two treadmills. The pool was freezing cold. The breakfast was disgusting. The milk the first day was curdled, the waffle mix was spoiled. They never came in and refilled the juice. And the bagels were hard as a rock, the sausage and eggs and gravy was all very cold as well. The first morning the front desk worker had her child running around. Our second night my boyfriend daughter and her friend could not even find someone to get clean dry towels from. The only positivity is the AC worked great and the beds were pretty comfy. I would never stay here again. We stayed for the free breakfast and I wouldn’t have even feed it to my dog!

Great for the price

For the price overall good stay. The breakfast was not great, selection or taste but again for the price can’t complain. No fault of the hotel but we were woke up early in the morning to kids screaming and doors slamming. We had 4 rooms booked, a family member had a medical emergency and was not able to stay so we lost our money on a room, I wish the cancellation policy took this into consideration.

Very nice Super 8. I was surprised at the big lobby and the marble tile floor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Walmart and McDonald’s are within walking distance.

Foul smell in first room

Our first room smelled horribly of animal waste! I’m generally not a complainer especially for just a 2-night stay where we wouldn’t spend much time in the room, but the smell was horrendous they had to have known when they cleaned it that it was foul smelling. The front desk person upon my complaint said “oh yeah, we had a dog stay & it went pee in there so we are going to have to have the carpets cleaned.”… but they had put us in there anyway knowing it smelled terrible! She did admit it probably should have been blocked off & not rented. I understand when you allow pets this stuff can happen, but I did not like that they tried to rent it out with such a foul smell. They should have blocked it off as the desk clerk said until it was properly cleaned. They moved us to another room (on the 2nd floor) and it was fine so most of my rating is based on the 2nd room.

I stayed here for work twice now. No issues last time hence staying a second time. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is basically carbs but that’s usual. I was in a room next to the back door. I could hear it every time someone came in or out because it slammed shut. Four separate times the back door was not latched close when I went to go through it. The staff member said she’d let them know because someone was out to fix it. Check in staff member was no sociable but second night staff member was kind and a bit engaging. Overall if I have to travel I will choose cost over luxury. Holiday Inn next door is lovely looking, smells great, and certainly newer, but comes with a price tag that I didn’t feel like spending. Visitors need to be aware there is no refrigerator, just an empty shelf where they used to be.

Overall good experience for softball tournament. Ran out of towels before we got hacl from games but Walmart was conveniently right across the street. Managed to sleep 3 peoppe in a cali king bed pretty comfortably. Breakfast was fresh including fresh baked muffins but breakfast area was small.

Everything was five star from the check-in process, room cleanliness, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very poor: No warm food, no mix for waffle machine, OJ was spoiled. The coffee was Hot but was only able to get one cup due to thermos empty.
