We always enjoy staying here. It is convenient and they are so good about airport shuttles. Free breakfast is always a bonus and decent for the price point of the hotel.

Overall is was good. Heating.cooling system needs work. Very loud when it kicks in. Went to front desk around 2 to see if by chance our room was ready but all the person at the front desk said, “Check-in is at 4:00.” Not friendly at all. When we checked in it was a different person. He was good.

A decent place to stay with a good breakfast buffet. However the check in was a quite frustrating. I reserved a room prior to arriving shortly after 7:00 pm. I was informed they did not have a room available yet.

We stayed for 8 nights and didn't have housekeeping services done until our last night there. We asked for services twice at the front desk and when we returned for the day it hadn't been done. We ended up changing our own bedding and emptying our own garbage. Evening staff was very apologetic and helpful. Manager and day shift front desk staff didn't seem to care much. Max casino and breakfast staff were very courteous and helpful. Food was good and reasonably priced. They can do better!!!

Front desk staff were not that friendly except for the morning man. He was good. Many problems with the key cards. Had to get keys replaced 4 times in 2 days. The tub did not drain for a while. The sink tap leaked. The one thing that was good was the breakfast. I would rate that a 4 out of 5 . Tha lady that ran it was awesome. I would not stay there again.
