This 1 bedroom (King bed!) and full bathroom ski-in/ski-out condo is perfect for one couple or a small family. Freshly renovated in September 2023 (paint, furniture, kitchen). Walk/ski to the SnowPine and Sunrise lifts at Holiday Valley and only a few miles from town. Shuttle available on the hour to take you to the main lodge. Easy access to mountain bike and hiking trails in the summer. Parking, gas fireplace, high-speed internet, Roku cable TV and laundry included. Easy, keyless check-in.
The space
This minimal, cozy space is perfect for a couple looking to enjoy a getaway in EVL! Warm up by the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes!

The ground-floor condo has 1 spacious bedroom with a new king bed. The kitchen has a Keurig and drip coffee maker available for guests along with all other kitchen essentials. The living area has a sofa with a full-sized pull out bed for extra sleeping space. The eat-in kitchen has a table that can be used for dining or as a work station. There are is an outdoor patio with access to a charcoal grill and picnic table (in warmer months). Ski right off the patio down to Snowpine lift.

The condo overlooks the Double Black Diamond Golf Course and the development has new tennis and pickle ball courts for guests to enjoy.
