I liked the Beautiful aesthetics the property has. Also loved the food truck. A la cart restaurants could have been better. The best one was the Jamrock. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Exceptional Stay with Thoughtful Butler Service! We had an unforgettable stay at Princess Grand Resort Jamaica! The resort is absolutely gorgeous, the food was delicious, and every part of the all-inclusive experience was seamless and luxurious. The true stars of our vacation were our incredible butlers, Carl and Daviesha. Their service was above and beyond-professional, warm, and incredibly thoughtful. One of the highlights was returning to our room to find a beautiful thank-you surprise waiting: rose petals, and a relaxing bubble bath already drawn. It was such a kind and personal gesture that made us feel so appreciated and pampered. Carl and Daviesha made every day feel special, and their attention to detail is unmatched. This was hands down one of the best service experiences we've ever had. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway with genuine, five-star hospitality, Princess Grand Resort Jamaica is the perfect choice. We can't wait to return!

Overall the hotel was nice. Food was good and entertainment was great! ISSUES You pay for all inclusive but... - buffet staff, coffee shop staff, the guys at the beach who push the little boats/kayaks out , restaurants, housekeepers, bartenders, literally everyone wants tips for the simplest things (NOT ALL STAFF). Imagine you are paying TIPS to everyone who does something as simple as pour you water. One housekeeper one morning look like she was so upset to clean the room. I had already made the bed but kleenex box was empty and towels to be replaced. Got back to the room and she remade the bed and garbage taken, that was it. I had to ask another cleaner to give us towels and kleenex. I got a very good housekeeper after, and that lady I tipped cause she actual cleaned my room and she was ALWAYS nice. My first restaurant experience was terrible! One young lady was doing the most work. Cleaning tables and set them while trying to greet and seat people - I TIP her. There was one guy in a suit who literally did NOTHING except chatting up young women while this lady was overworked. I waited over an hour to get a seat and I stood looking at empty tables unoccupied for 20+mins at a time cause the lady was struggling doing so much by herself. Someone reported to front desk cause they were waiting just as long if not more, and that's when people got seated. I tipped others too but the expectations of everyone, everyday tip is insane! One lady said $10USD is good tip each time

The property was beautiful and very new and well kept,helpful and friendly staff. Overall we had a great time just a few things need to be fine tune but despite that a very wonderful resort.

Overall, the resort was great. The first 1-3 days I would def give it a 10/10. However; towards day 4, house keeping completely missed cleaning our room and we didn’t have any towels for 1.5 days. This is all fine if they didn’t take the old ones but we were left with no towels and a small kid. The hallways were also really dirty and sand everywhere. Other than that, best beach, great room size, amazing beach & fun activities all around. The only downfall is that really the hallways to the rooms and windows are filthy. They need to really get more cleaning help and when you call for something you don’t really receive it…. So you have to go search for it yourself.

Day 1: Upon arrival we were not given the welcome treat. No welcome drinks, warm towel. We actually had to ask for a drink. Dinner: even though we stayed at the family side of the resort. There were only 4 restaurants available. I also noticed Monday-Thursday one of the 4 restaurants is usually closed. The MVP lounge which is usually a game room that everyone is allowed into after 9:30 kids are not allowed into there which makes it more limited for family. The only restaurant we really went to was the buffet and Jamrock the Jamaican restaurant. Jamrock had amazing food. The portions were a bit too small. Even though they say reservations are not needed they are needed and you can’t even make reservations. It’s impossible. There’s no option for it even on the app which also the app does not work that great. Most days we end up going off at the resort to get food. One night we waited over an hour to be seated. There is one bartender shared between 2 to 3 restaurants. This is a modern resort, but you do not get the Jamaican feeling. You do not feel that you’re in Jamaica. There’s no one selling anything on the beaches, which is a plus and minus on its own, but also there were no coconuts not even being sold in resort so you truly did not get the Jamaican Caribbean feeling. One plus the shower in the room was great the pressure the temperature probably one of the best showers. We had a swim out suite and it was good. Service is slow and more staff is definitely required

If you are coming for the beach, this is not the resort for you. Small man made beach, the deepest it was is 3 feet. The is no shade unless you get there early to get one of the handful of cabanas or umbrellas. Check in is a nightmare!!! arrived at 230 pm and did not get into our room and have our luggage until 6pm. They didn't have our room available that we booked, we had purchased a platinum swim up and it was Unavailable until the next day. That was our first room. Moved to a platinum swim up the next day. They moved our room again on the 4th day. They did not tell us until 12pm when we had just rented a Cabana. We had to leave the Cabana and pack our room up. Our room that they changed was not ready until 5pm. Very much of an inconvenience. Wheelchair and scooter accessibility is almost none existent as we had a member in our party that rented a scooter from an outside business as they only have one for the whole property to rent. Room service is slow, I would advise to order one hour and a half before you are ready to eat. Our butler booked a dinner at the Italian restaurant and when we arrived they did not have the reservation for us. Food is average. The sound system that they have is very loud and echos. It may interrupt children sleeping or napping. I had high hopes for a nice new resort. This one falls very short. Not worth the cost. We have been to many resorts in Jamaica and this one by far was the worst.

It was great overall the resort is gorgeous beyond beautiful. This stuff was OK. Some of them was great. Some of them less dining was a bit of problem. They not taking a reservation for the restaurant so you have to be on time and if not you can wait an hour sometimes more to have a dinner. They have to make it more accessible to the customers overall it was amazing

The hotel is beautiful however food and staff could have been better. There was always a long wait for the a la carte restaurants, so I would suggest making reservations ahead of time. I was there celebrating my anniversary and our room never got decorated. Every all inclusive that I’ve ever stayed at has decorated our room if there for a special occasion. I was told on the last day that Princess Grand charges a fee to decorate the room. Our room was not cleaned well, only beds made daily. My mom’s room had no safe, no towels or wash clothes in her room upon arrival and had to wait hours for items to be brought to the room after not getting a room until well after 3pm. And there were a lot of other little things the hotel staff just missed the mark with but overall, the hotel was beautiful and the amenities were excellent. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would most likely visit the Princess Grand again. Side note: my brother stayed on the senses mangrove side, which is the adjacent ADULTS ONLY property and had none of our issues. He loved it!

I’ve been to a lot of resorts in Jamaica and this was the first time I felt like most of the staff didn’t want to be there. You’d get the occasional friendly person, but overall, a lot of them just seemed disengaged or were on their phones—which was kind of wild.
