I did not get to stay but was charged. I came to Greensboro for work, I got off work at 730am. I arrived at the front desk at 8am. There was a large lady with a hijab on eating a bacon sandwich. I should have known something wasn’t right. She approached me at the desk and stated the hotel had empty rooms but since I arrived before 12 I had to pay $50 extra to check in. I never saw this rule on website or had an issue like this with Clarion. I declined and let her get back to her breakfast, I obviously mad her mad by disturbing her. I went across the street to Hampton told them what happened and they gave me a discount to stay with them. I hate a rude person. I have also stayed at 4 point, Clarion gave bad atmosphere and bad vibes.

The front desk employee did not welcome There was a fight outside the hotel in the parking lot. No security no police seen. No hair conditioner. The room above us a lot noisy can’t sleep good. No sink in the bathroom.

very uncomfortable room. checked in very and got assigned to a room where i can hear everything from outside. the heater was so loud and sound like broken engine. even though morning front desk staffs were helpful but the person checked us in at night was rude. I was charged 210 for the room at check in and I was also charged a 210 deposit on the room at check in. I was checked in by someone who was training. I went to the front desk to be told they charged both and that there was nothing they were going to do. That if the room was left in good condition and we didn’t have any incidental items we would get the money back in 7-10 business days. Having a hold of the entire charge for the room is excessive buyer beware
