Great stay, comfortable beds and pillows, very clean. Convenient location. Very nice breakfast, the mini-omelets are a great idea. Pleasant and helpful reception staff. Loved the parking decks with direct access to my third floor room. Has an odd-numbered room, which is the quiet side, I heard the train, but not bothersome. Nice, central location for visiting family in High Point one way and Gibsonville another direction. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is really nice. Its newer and is trendy. Its a bit noisy outside being in a city setting. I would come back.

I was told over the phone a water that is normally free would cost $1. My daughter went down to get the water and it was given for free. Im confused about the conversation i had with the front desk staff over the phone. There was also a dirty face cloth left in the bathroom hanging over shower curtain bar when i checked in. Disgusting! I thought maybe my daughter had used it but she confirmed it was not hers therefore the room was not cleaned thoroughly upon checking in. Very disappointing. These little things are important.

The staff wasn’t up front with what was going on far as the conditions with parking parking was terrible. First come first serve but you pay for your parking. They should’ve told you that when you checked in. I didn’t get no sleep because the train kept me up most of the night, not somewhere I will go back to. I’m glad it was only one night. I’ll come out safe from Raleigh to attend a concert. She tell me the park and it’s $12 or I can park on the street I picked to pay $12 because who wants to be on the street that late at night when I get there, she told me first come first serve. SMH
