Wonderfully clean, spacious home, nicely appointed. Big pool with pool toys, and outdoor deck seating. Conveniently located. Owner is responsive and helpful. The extra touches such as plenty of paper towels/toilet tissue/dishwasher pods/coffee filters/hand soap is a really nice touch for renters.
We are a pretty low maintenance easy to please group, but this property was pretty disappointing. When we arrived, the house was very dirty, the yard was not maintained, and the large bedroom over the garage was almost uninhabitable averaging 90 degrees for the entire stay (Owner should at minimum put an exterior insulated door between the attic and the room) Clearly this and the 1st floor bedroom are homeowner additions to the property. The company (not an individual) that run this property seemed responsive, but never showed to fix the chirping smoke detectors in the locked owner closet. We listened to them for 5 days.Lastly, "For your safety and ours, there is a camera outside the front of which is on 24/7 and will be recording"- I counted at least 4 cameras while trying to relax in the backyard at the pool...
2nd time our family has stayed at Triad Haven. 5 bedrooms & 5 baths, pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, large fenced yard, and great location close to parks, golf, groceries, and Greensboro activities.
This house was very disappointing and did not look nearly as nice the the photos. The carpets were disgusting and looked like they haven't been shampooed in years. The enitre house felt dirty and needs some major cleaning and freshening up. Several of the light fixtures were missing bulbs. All of the glasses were made of plastic (even the wine glasses). There was a drainage issue with the driveway - it rained that week and the driveway flooded. We had to drive to the end of the driveway to get out and go for a run, as the water was 4" deep. House is located right off a busy road and you can hear cars from the bedrooms. The host did grant us an hour late check-out which was nice. The communication was good. Overall, we were very disappointed in the quality of the home, especially given what we paid.
We were in the area for a soccer tournament and this house provided everything that we needed. Plenty of space, beds and bathrooms. Jeremy was a pleasure to deal with as the host and we very responsible to any questions that we had. Its proximity to restaurants and grocery stores was great. Jamestown is a neat little area. Would highly recommend this house and location. The added bonus of the pool table, outdoor firepit, pool and hot tub were greatly appreciated. 5 stars.
The house fit our family of 7 adults & 5 kids well. Plenty of fun on-site (pool, hot tub, fire pit, fenced yard, pool table, yard games) and great family-fun options nearby. Very comfortable & Jeremy was a great host!
Perfect for large family with dogs! The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The pool is a nice treat on a hot day! We will make this our go-to each time we are back in the area.
Host was very communicative & on top of things. Home is well furnished. We did find a dirty diaper under one of the bathroom sinks upon settling in with an odor was somewhat unwelcoming! Pool and hot tub were not âopenedâ yet in early spring, but imagine they get plenty of use. Grill outside also needed cleaning, but overall the stay was comfortable and the home met our needs. Would stay again.
Our family was in town to celebrate the life of a family member who died suddenly. This home was perfect for our family to be able to gather together and less expensive than paying for individual hotel rooms. The pool table in the common area, the coffee bar, and T.V's in many of the rooms allowed each family member the space needed ro enjoy being together.
We stayed in Jamestown for our oldest son's wedding at Castle McCulloch. The property was close to everything, had great amenities and was the perfect size for us to host our out-of-town guests. We had a great experience!
