Online check-in was a joke, as even though I did it, nothing was registered at the hotel, and it all had to be done at the front desk. I was told the systems didn't "talk" to each other. The water pressure was very, very slow. I was on the 2nd floor.

The staff was clueless. They could not even print me a receipt when i checked out. Upon checking in, I had to switch rooms because the TV did not function. Same with the second room. The third room, the TV worked, but the toilet did not. Minimal staff was helpless. The rest of my 5 night stay was ok, except for the local working girls plying their trade in neighboring rooms. Luckily that activity was mostly during the day. An overall sleezy feel to the whole experience. I DID manage to get the first night comped when I complained to the owner.

Positive: Warm pool, almost hot tub temperature. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, and pancakes on weekend. Working fireplace. Negative: Run down building with broken tiles and grout. Received only 1 towel for family of four, no bathtub plug, and no shampoo or hand soap. Front desk worker was unable to help, so we had to make do. Received rude handwritten note under the door the next morning, which was a new experience. Will stay elsewhere in the future.
