The room was quiet and dark and the bed was comfortable. However, I don’t think this room had been used in a while. There were a few bugs, dust, cobwebs, and hairs in the bathroom. The heat & air worked well and the air circulating seemed clean.

Nice place to stop if you need a nights stay. Right beside Kroger so perfect to walk over and get snacks for the room. Heater was broken for the pool, which we were told of at check in. Still stinks because we were looking forward to that. Room didn’t have a remote for the tv but the front desk was happy to get me a new one

Best Western of Batesville is the best facility i have stayed in for the last couple of years. They have the best staff always inviting and comforting. I would recommend anyone to this location they would not be disappointed.

When we arrived we were given a standard bed handicap room. This was not acceptable. They did give a king bed room but it was on a floor with no elevators. I am 83 and have been travelling for 10 days and have allot of stuff. We had to hall it up the stairs. Not good. We were there two nites. They never emptied the trash cans, change the towels or make the beds, not acceptable. We will never stay at this hotel again.

The carpet in the rooms and hallways were not vacuumed. Three day stay in two rooms with no house cleaning or fresh towels. Shower soap by 3rd day was as thin as a dime.

Rooms were a bit noisy… staff was super friendly and helpful.. breakfast was good but needed sugar free syrup for waffles for sugar restricted diets. Rooms were very clean. Would have been nice that to be notified on check that maid service was not available every day.

Room was clean. Desk person was very busy with a line of 4-5 check-ins Had to go sit about 10-25 minutes but she was efficient, welcoming, pleasant and did a great job of handling a multi-age group of families.

Went to bed around 6:30pm. Room had a dark out blind.,which made the room pitch black, and no problem sleeping. Hotel was quiet and the room very clean with everything I needed. Great stay..will visit again
