Just One Night

The property was as pictured. I did not receive a check-in email, but that was quickly remedied when I contacted the owner. It was located with several other homes/cabins in the area. This cottage is situated above another and shares a driveway with what I would guess would be 3 cottages total. It is not a place I would come to to "get away from it all." A true winter wonderland

Our trip in this cabin absolutely exceeded all expectations. Our time spent here was nothing but bliss, a romantic weekend getaway immersed in nature. The house was beautiful and cozy, had everything you can imagine and need. The host was super easy to communicate with, quick, efficient and very friendly. From games to hot cocoa, fireplace and a cozy bed we did not want to leave. A wonderful time spent here, highly recommend to all.

We did not realize as we cooked a few times to let the landlords know that kitchen dishtowels and a few more pan lids would have been helpful. They did check in with us ..other then that we hope to be back !

Warning! It's Very Difficult To Leave Here!

Like many others have said, this cabin in the Poconos exceeds every expectation you may have. Absolutely immaculate, charming, peaceful with every amenity you could reasonably expect. Many top notch accommodations could learn from the charming owners. True hospitality, simple check in / out process and peaceful bliss. But .... Understand, pulling out of the driveway when leaving will make you regret not staying longer. Awesome.

Perfect location for hiking and relaxing

This was a great place to stay if you're looking to spend time at the state park or just relax and listen to the birds. Bed was comfy and the kitchen is just big enough to make meals. Owners are very responsive and kind! I'll stay here again.

Quiet, delightful cabin!

This was such a delightful place to stay in a very quiet community, we sure enjoyed our weekend stay while we attended a couples' weekend conference at Skytop! Everything is so new but we loved the retro look, the decorating was gorgeous, the heat was nice and toasty, and we enjoyed using the fire pit in the backyard so much! We also enjoyed the nearby community where we could go to sweet little diners and Mom and Pop restaurants. The hosts were very responsive to our communication and made sure our stay was wonderful! Thank you so much!

Lovely Spot Up in the Mountains

Jose maria's place is small but super cozy. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Also very close to Promised Land State Park, which is probably great for hiking. That's what we were planning to do, but it unfortunately rained the entire time we were there. :( Not Jose maria's fault though!

Winter Getaway

The location it's self was located in state park. Seems like a tranqui neighborhood. There is a 3-4 car parking lot. The property itself is on the second floor of a unit which I came to understand looking at other reviews but was not stated in the website. The studio itself was well equipped. There was a tv , full kitchen and a walk in shower. The one thing I noticed was the lack of insulation of the studio itself but heater was in good working condition. The studio is also located near a lake that would be interesting to go to during the summer months as there is a beach and sites for grilling. Overall, it was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend getaway.

This property was just as advertised. Adorable and cozy. We were just looking for a few nights to get away, find an outdoor activity and relax. Hit it all. Didn’t want to leave! Would highly recommend this unit, especially for couples.
