The room smelled like it was masking cigarette smoke, there was a roach in the bathroom and you can hear every word coming from the other rooms. Sorry to be so harsh! However, the staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The bed linens and bathroom toiletries were great.

The constant noise of screaming and beating on the walls by kids was intolerable,and unbearable at 1,2,3,in the morning, the staff however was excellent

We were in town visiting family and had a long day. Check-in was actually the best I've ever had at any hotel. We are used to staying at 4+ star hotels but couldn't find one that was pet friendly so decided to stay here because of the reciews. The room itself was okay; however, shower was dirty and there were dead bugs on the floor. I personal slipped and fell put of the shower because the floor got wet due to the fact that there was no shower liner. The bed was also uncomfortable and that added to the misery of the stay. I see a lot of potential for the property but unfortunately not my experience.

I thought the staff at the front desk was amazing. Very welcoming and attentive. Great experience overall. My only critique would be to do something about the key cards. Seems its often a problem with doors and the cards not working. They had to switch our room b/c of this and then the new room was at times also having issues with the key cards

The floor to our room was filthy. My shoes stuck to it and I finally got a wet washrag to clean it thinking maybe it was the mopping agent they used but the washrag turned black after washing the floor. The bathroom was really out dated. I feel like they haven’t put much into this hotel as far as upgrades in a really long time. The staff at the front desk was very nice, I just wished our room would have matched. We lost $700 on this stay because we checked out after one night and found another hotel to stay at.

Staff was great. However, charging for coffee is so short-sighted. Little thing like this will keep me from coming back. In addition, the walls are paper-thin. Could hear the next room "noises" until 2 in the morning.
