Room wasn’t clean curtain fail when we tried to close it bathroom was nasty our friends room was worse we didn’t end up staying but they still charged us for 1 night we don’t plan on returning back need remodeling a d a better house keeping crew

The hotel looked nothing like the picture. The non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. The water is brown colored and the linen had hair and stains on them. I got a refund and went somewhere else.

I don’t recommend staying here . Was on a tight budget and where my family wanted to stay was completely sold out. The stay was already paid for and couldn’t get money back. Dirty sheets and the bathroom shower was nasty. Ending up cleaning it up my self. Running yellow looking water .Must be the hot spot heard police sirens two days in a row. Just really felt uncomfortable and unsafe my whole stay

Needs to be shutdown or renovated ASAP. My experience this past weekend was horrible and I will NOT book again. Customer service is excellent, however, rooms are NOT clean, roaches everywhere, crickets everywhere, and walls are dirty, moley, and dusty. Also the microwave and fridge had severe rust and looked extremely dirty and smelled sour like it needed cleaning. Ran a bathtub full of water and the water had a dark yellow and brownish look like it was pure sewage water. Also, the room did not have an iron to iron my clothes and remotes for the tv did not work. Towels were not stocked as well. All of this to say, I believe this hotel has potential to be great, but serious renovations are needed to ensure visitor’s experience in Greenville is a good one. Unfortunately, I feel I did not get my money’s worth. If any additional info is needed feel free to reach out to me via email.
