Les points faibles : Personnel et service et confort de la chambre
We arrived at the hotel and the clerk said they didn't have a non smoking room with King bed that I had reserved and paid for. All he had left was a double bed room non smoking & didn't offer me any money back for them not having the room I reserved & paid for.
First time staying in a Days Inn in 25 years. I needed to stay at this exit and better hotels were booked. The hotel staff had zero personality but got me checked in. Hotel has exterior room doors meaning a very old building. Inside of room was basic for a nights sleep and shower.
Stopped here for an overnight stay during a road trip with our kids, honestly wish we hadn't. The area felt unsafe at night, the manager working the lobby had locked the second vestibule entrance so he spoke to me through a window to get checked in. I was uncomfortable but we had already paid online and it being after 1am we were too tired to keep driving. There were police cars outside the rooms around 2am, unsure why. The room had been cleaned well but smelled of mold likely from the AC unit. The door also had a ton of odd scratches all over it and the peephole was broken, someone had stuffed toilet paper in it. Staff seemed uneasy.
Property is old and outdated but the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Was late when we stopped and when booking online I didnât notice that these were outside access rooms only. Breakfast was stale powdered donuts with only coffee to drink. First room we checked in to had ants crawling on the bathroom wall so we asked to be moved. Moved us quickly with no problem. Internet access was great.
The pictures donât give an accurate description of this property. The sheets were stained, shower curtain stained and the floor was so dirty my kids feet were black within 30 minutes of running around.
