Beautiful hotel. Housekeeping could use some help.

The 2 ladies at check in were beyond amazing The room was clean and nice. Everything was up to standards besides housekeeping. We left the room before 11 and came back after three and the room was not made up. We saw the housekeeper and she said that we could wait downstairs and she would do the room. My daughter had her grad school graduation so clearly we did not have time for a full cleaning. We asked to have the beds made and the towels changed. We asked for three extra bath towels. Myself and my husband verified extra towels since there were 2 girls in the room. We come back and no extra towels. It was made very clear and she repeated it back. We were beyond frustrated since we were now in a rush to get to the graduation. We did not have enough towels. Not sure where the lack of communication could have been. 4+ hours out of the room without it being cleaned, and then we could not even receive what little we asked for.

Literally one of the best stays of my life. The hotel is breathtaking our room quite lovely and the view was amazing. The staff were overly nice and accommodating. It is within walking distance to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was easy walking distance to shopping and great food. Located right at the falls. Building is beautiful, clean, well maintained. Valet parking was 35$/ day. Parking a short walking distance away, but in an open parking lot is 5$ per day

The property was beautiful - a gorgeous hotel with a river view - it was on the river right by a small falls - the park was great to walk through - very tranquil - hoping they build up the neighborhood around it for more shopping and dining options - the hotel bar was great too.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in Greenville, and the location of the Grand Bohemian made it a perfect location for walking and biking on the path and enjoying the lover river flowing through the middle of the city. We loved every moment of our stay, and we will definitely be back soon!

Great Stay

Checked in late and left early due to a busy trip. Great downtown spot with lots to do. Polite and helpful staff and super unique building in a vibrant area. Room was plenty spacious for family of 3. The only small complaint is the pet-friendliness. The elevator stunk like wet dogs.
