The manager is RUDE. Our room wasn't cleaned and the beds weren't made, in spite of our asking. The manager was rude in explaining why service was so awful. WON'T STAY THERE AGAIN!

The room was clean. The breakfast was excellent. The floor I was on was a bit noisy with the guests' slamming doors upon entering and leaving. The shower rod was broken. In order to shower, the curtain had to be rigged to stay closed in order to shower.

My room guess who is handicap, Fell off her mobile scooter due to uneven ground / unlevel ground in front of your building. And there is no CLEAR Path from handicapped parking to front door. Two men from youe staff picked her off 5he g4ound

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express during my business trip and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was spotless, comfortable, and the bed was incredibly cozy — I slept so well after long work days! The parking was convenient and easy, which made coming and going a breeze. The location is great, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus to start the day. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The phone in the room didn’t work but the hotel and room were very nice. Not sure how I did it but I booked a room in Greenville, SC instead of Greenville, NC and we didn’t figure it out until the day we were checking in so it cost me an arm and a leg to fix it. Thanks Hotels.com.
