The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I also found a hair in my eggs at breakfast. Even worse they charged me a mystery fee of $50 for "incidentals" that was of no benefit. This fee makes me feel ripped off. I would only consider staying here again because of the convenience of the location to Fluor Field.

The staff was very helpful and cheerful. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had a vast variety. The location could not be beat, and I was able to walk to everything I wanted to visit.
