The manager never responded to my inquiry about getting the guest room and bath refreshed after each of my guests left and new friends arrived. When I stayed in this cabin in June I was told that would be fine. I had to go the office multiple times to make sure the two times I needed the "refreshing" it would be done. And the times of cleaning kept changing.

Peaceful Cabin in the Woods

This is a very beautiful location and the cabin has nice amenities, was perfect for two couples. Grounds are nice and pretty quiet though you will hear others coming through. Quiet at night. There were a couple of issues with cabin number 105 but I have let management know so I'm sure they'll be addressed. Recommend this property.

Short stay in Greer, AZ for fishing trip.

We couldn’t have been happier with the Black Bear Chalet! All features & amenities of the two bedroom & two bathroom cabin were first rate! Very close to well known Molly Butler Restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the wildlife in the surrounding areas, including elk, deer, antelope & wild turkey. Also enjoyed the cooler 8,350 foot elevation of Greer, AZ.

Wildlife Getaway

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The accommodations were cozy and there was a well stocked kitchen. The wildlife sightings were many including big horned sheep, elk, ermine, eagles, hawks, indigo buntings and mule deer. We will be back soon.

This was an amazing cabin. It was the perfect size for our family of three and 2 dogs. It very clean and well maintained. Cabin was well equipped with all the kitchen items I needed. I would rent this cabin again.

Feel like home

We couldn’t be more happy with this cabin. It was well maintained, clean and it had everything we needed to have a great time. They even decorated it with a Christmas tree and lights arrangements throughout the cabin. It did feel like we were in our own home.The communication with the host was very good. We are planning to come back.

The cabin was well decorated, clean, and has everything you need. I arrived late at night when it was freezing outside, but the cabin was preheated, lights on, and easy to access. This was much appreciated.

Perfect cozy cabin

The cabin is even cuter in person. We absolutely loved our stay there. Only downside they said we broke the paper towel holder and left it under the sink & are charging us for it. We are baffled since we used it the morning we left. Still recommend!

Loved this place

Aesthetically the cabin was beautiful, the living room was comfortable to sit and relax after hiking, the beds were comfortable sleeping, and the jacuzzi tube was amazing!! Everything was clean, appliances up to date, plenty of dishes for cooking and having a dishwasher was wonderful after a long day on the trails. We’ve never seen so many starts, it was amazing!! We look fwd to returning

Greer cabin

The Beautiful town of Greer we love. The cabin was so clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with really high end appliances. It was next to a place with fishing, fire circles for enjoyment and a nice restaurant with entertainment. We loved it all!

Cute cabin!

Cute cabin in beautiful Greer!! Nicely appointed & very clean. We stayed here out of season so it was very quiet; I'm not sure how it would be during summer. I would stay here again but I might bring my own pillow next time...but I'm picky when it comes to pillows 😊.

Clean, Roomy and Well-Equipped

An in-town cabin with charm and functionality. Clean and comfortable including the linens and beds. The outdoor gas grill is a great feature if you plan to make your own meals. The owners/managers were great with communication, both instructions and answering my questions.

Perfect downtime

This cabin was wonderful. We went for a pre-Christmas getaway to have some calm before the chaos! This cabin in Greer was the perfect spot. The cabin was very comfy and cozy. It was even decorated for Christmas which helped put you in the holiday mood. The kitchen had all needed things to make meals with nice new clean appliances. There was a normal coffee pot and a Keurig just to spoil you! The living room was comfortable with the fireplace and a nice TV to watch football!! That area of Greer is a great place to stay as you are close to everything you may need. Annie was great! Easy to work with and even added an extra day to our stay post booking. She was very patient, accomidating and quick to respond anytime I had a question. I will definitely stay here again because it is a perfect getaway. Thank you Annie for another unforgettable stay.
