The Baymont has a good location with lots of things around it. older needs to be up dated people smoking out in the walkway and just drop their cigarettes. There was a homeless guy hanging around in the elevator not really the greatest place.

Our reservation was for two nights. Desk clerk at check-in wasn't hospitable. The first night's stay was soooo uncomfortable (noisy, dirty and uncomfortable) that we just couldn't stay another day/night. Before 8a we stopped by the front desk, returned our key, and said that we were checking out early and why. The clerk apologized and said that we would NOT be charged for the second night. Although he was friendly, that turned out NOT to be the case. At home, called to followup. Directed to call Customer Service. Number given would not accept the confirmation number provided by Hotels.com. Unable to reach anyone who could help. Gave up. They won. The best thing about the room was the plethora of USB outlets. Carpet was filthy. Same with armchair. Bed was okay. Pillows were small and scarce. TV had no guide. and limited programming that you have to scroll through and guess at. Breakfast was small and sad. I would not recommend... IMHO
