The front desk person was lovely and helpful to all. Truly one of a kind! On line the dog/pet fee was $50 and when checking in, it was $75. A bit disappointed about that - needs to be changed asap. Lots of hotels in the area and we picked because the pet fee was lower, which actually it is the same. Too bad.

Upon arrival, I was initially given a room that was not clean, including an unmade bed. The front desk did resolve this by moving me to a clean room, which I appreciated. Breakfast, however, was disappointing. The food quality was poor, and during both mornings of my stay, the pancake machine was placed out with a sign stating it was “out of service,” which was confusing because why bring it out then. Additionally, while the hotel advertises 24-hour complimentary coffee, when I went closer to 8 p.m, the coffee machine was only dispensing cold coffee. Overall, the property is a nice, cute spot with potential, but the experience was a bit underwhelming.

Great staff. Clean room. Only problem was we stayed in room 125. There’s a door going outside right by the room and the door slams. It’s very loud and slammed all night long. Maybe the door could have something added to close gently?
