Zimmer zweckdienlich. Zentral zu den LebensmittellĂ€den und nicht zu weit zur Ortsmitte bzw. Strand. Leider lief das Wasser im Waschbecken vom Bad schlecht ab.Einige angeschmutzte Tassen im Schrank. MehrereSpinnen an der Wand in Höhe der Sitzgarnitur.Gastgeber war bemĂŒht bei der Buchung, da zwischen Buchung und Nutzung wenig Zeit war.Sonst alles ok.

Zuschnitt der Wohnung war gut.FĂŒr den Preis der Wohnung erwarte ich eine Dusche,die Kalk und Schimmelfrei ist.Wasserdruck war so gut wie garnicht vorhanden.Bei der Sauberkeit war Luft nach oben.Wir werden Grömitz nochmals besuchen,aber nicht mehr in dieser Wohnung.

Uns hat es ganz gut in Grömitz gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und sowohl die Promenade als auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußlĂ€ufig gut zu erreichen. Das Wetter hat leider nicht so gut mitgespielt.GerĂ€uschempfindlich darf man nicht sein, die Wohnung in der ersten Etage war mit Familien und Kindern belegt und das "Getrappel" ist gerade am frĂŒhen Morgen nicht zu ĂŒberhören.

Jahreswechsel in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einer sauberen, modernen FeWo. Jeden Abend gab es tolle Musikevents und zum Jahreswechsel wurde eine schöne Silvesterparty mit tollem Feuerwerk angeboten. Schöner Auftakt fĂŒr 2025!!!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Es gab wohl neue Möbel, das Bett ist sehr bequem. Alles sauber. Alle Ziele in Grömitz sind in angenehmer Reichweite. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett. DafĂŒr schon mal vielen Dank. Die Übergabe des SchlĂŒssels erfolgt per Tresor, was perfekt ist und man völlig unabhĂ€ngig von irgend jemandem anreisen kann. Großer Pluspunkt dafĂŒr. Die Wohnung ist fĂŒr zwei Personen völlig ausreichend und vor allem tip top sauber. Die Matratzen sind super, allerdings wĂ€re es cool, wenn das Bett 20 / 30 cm breiter wĂ€re. WofĂŒr es bei mir immer einen Abzug gibt, sind fehlende, bzw. nicht vorhandene Fliegengitter. Wenigstens das Schlafzimmerfenster und die TerrassentĂŒre sollten meiner Meinung nach damit versehen sein. Was man schon in manchen Bewertungen gelesen hat, kann ich bestĂ€tigen, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist echt nicht gut. Shampoo aus langem, dickem Haar herauszuwaschen stelle ich mir sehr mĂŒhsam vor. Wir haben beide kurze Haare, und selbst mein Mann beklagte den minimalen Wasserdruck. Ansonsten ist es echt meckern auf hohem Niveau. Sollten wir nochmal zu zweit nach Grömitz fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder in diese Wohnung.
