This property is very nice but dinning options are limited. It’s was my wife’s birthday and they don’t have steaks . I had to pay $65 dollars. They didn’t have seafood. But when you check the menu it’s there for sale. This was very unfair to travelers who came to enjoy the food and beauty of St Lucia. I wouldn’t recommend base of the dinning options. From the airport to the resort is 1 hour 40 minutes. Just after a 4 hours flight and you guys served basic food. Management needs to do better

I will start by saying that I usually don't critizise or say anything bad about any of my vacation experiences and I've had many. This trip was a celebration of my 20th Anniversary, upon arrival staff was friendly and nice check in was smooth, the usual of what was expected nothing over the top. Our supposen concierge introduced herself and proceededI will say the hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms were kept very clean, which I appreciated.

The spa was good. Workers in the spa weren’t very helpful however. Only because I’ve been to a previous resort like this I knew better. Staff around the premises where helpful but not always friendly. I found the male workers more outgoing than the female workers. Overall I had a good experience

Disappointed by Royalton St. Lucia After a Great Experience in Jamaica We previously stayed at the Royalton in Jamaica and had an amazing time, which is exactly why we chose to book with Royalton again—this time in St. Lucia. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. While a few staff members were attentive and pleasant, we encountered several who were not helpful and at times even dismissive. As paying guests, we expected to feel welcomed and valued, but at many points, it felt like we were inconveniencing the staff. Here are some of the major issues we experienced: Cleanliness and Dining: Many of the cups during breakfast were dirty, and we often had to request a clean one. The food lacked variety and the overall quality was not up to the standard of a luxury all-inclusive resort. Beach Towels: One day, there were no beach towels available. When we asked a staff member for help, instead of assisting us or checking with someone else, we were simply told to go to the front desk. Miscommunication About Charges: While on the beach, a staff member told us that a piña colada would cost $5. When we walked to the bar, it turned out the drink was included (free). This inconsistency is unacceptable and creates confusion for guests. Excursion/Transportation Issue: We booked and paid for an excursion through Nexus Tours, which the hotel uses for transportation. The driver never showed up. It took two days and multiple follow-ups to get money back.

My friend and I went from 09/19/25-09/25/25. The male staff were very welcoming. Some of the women staff were not friendly AT ALL. The food wasn't that great. However, the drinks and the bars were amazing and we had the best bartenders. The food truck was very consistent and did not disappoint. The only restaurant that was really delicious was the hibachi. Our room and the resort was very clean. The elevator was broke most of the time so we had to use the service elevator. The beach was amazing and the pools were nice. Overall, we would more than likely go back once we wrap our mind around the 1hour and 45 minute ride to and from the airport. It was a good time.

For an all inclusive hotel, they were out of many food and drinks and delicacy that the hotel offers, the pull out sofa couch was worn, you can feel the springs in your back. Communication was also poor. Restaurants on the resorts were closed due to lack of food and i was not notified. I paid for alot of amenities that I was unable to experience.

The resort is beautiful there are small things that need to be repaired but overall the view and access to beach is the best part. The elevator was out more than half of the times I needed to use it. The mini fridge was not stocked but they came and stocked it later after requested. The tub stopper didnt work I placed a repair but no one came. The food was probably the most disappointing part of the trip. The food was very bland lacked quality options.Seasoning was missing on most dishes.I had hoped to have more Native foods as options. The bars ran out of Starwberry,Mango, and Pina Colada options for drinks as well. I was hoping to have tropical drinks on my vacay.The best reservation restaurant was Zen on my last night. Food was good and the cook Miguel made it entertaining.Most of the staff was welcoming while some definitely did not enjoy being there at all. Id rate the vacation as okay. I feel attention to detail on the dining and guest satisfaction was missed on so many occasions.The sports bar wasnt open when it said it was so never got to experience it. The food truck Jerk chicken was decent but they were out of specials like chicken patty and buffalo wings. Not sure I would book again afer this experience with any Royalton. I travel frequently and I booked the luxury experience and feel shortchanged in that promise. The resort wasnt even close to capacity .
