Great property

The location of this rental is ideal—just a 10-minute walk to the beach and very close to the 101, making it easy to get around. The property was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed, including kitchen essentials and reliable Wi-Fi. It had a quiet, relaxing atmosphere and felt well cared for. Weekend getaway

We were in town for a friend’s wedding and stayed at Vacasa with another couple. Had a wonderful weekend, the home was super clean and walking distance to some lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Would stay again!

We stayed 5 days in early June. Property was very clean, close to the beach with restaurants nearby. A bakery is just a block away and offers outstanding breads and other baked goods. The location is relatively quiet and it’s easy to get to the highways to go sightseeing. The property itself is comfortable, well furnished, and everything worked perfectly. It would be great if the kitchen knives were sharpened or replaced as they were horribly dull. Other than that, we have nothing bad to say. We would absolutely consider staying here again and highly recommend it.

A nice home away from home

The property is the bottom floor of a two story duplex. We didn’t hear whoever is upstairs at all. The living room was comfy with a couch and recliners. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies, plates, cups, glasses, etc. They had a standard coffee pot, no Keurig. Lots of towels available for the bathroom. Picnic table outside. Laundry room had camping and beach chairs. There were also beach towels. Bed, pillows and bedding were super comfortable!!

My husband, daughter, and I spent a few days here and were delighted with this rental. It’s clean and cozy with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The location is terrific, within easy walking distance of a variety of restaurants. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Awesome Place!

Everything was wonderful here The location, the beds (super comfortable), the kitchen is stocked up with all that is needed, bathroom really nice ( great make up mirror in there too) the living room is great too. We will stay here again. Loved it.

You are actually booking with management service Vacasa for air bnb. They are cold and no responsive. Say want to help and then say sorry they can’t. Example: extra bath towels, given over 20 hand towels. Or tide for more than 2 washes when they ask you to start load of towels on exit. By the way could have ran over 10 lads in dish washer. Just silly stuff at start of trip. In the end, someone local brought towels and someone local said don’t worry about washing towels

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and decorated very well. Grover Beach is centrally located to just about everywhere we went. The house was steps a way from shops, eateries and the beach. We met the owner who was very nice and pleasant.
