The space
It is in a new building, with many amenities and located in the most attractive area of Guadalajara (Chapultepec)

The first bedroom is a very comfortable king size room specially designed to rest, with its own bathroom and very large closet.

The second bedroom is a bunk bed with 2 queen size beds and a single bed, a small desk and a fan. This bedroom also has it's own bathroom.

All our black out bedrooms to darken the room in the morning and get a better rest.

They will be able to enjoy the living room and dining room, with a different style, designed to impress them and spend unique moments with the 55"TV and 80 mb internet.

It also has a terrace overlooking Av. Morelos for a coffee or a drink and relax listening to music

It features parking for 2 roofed cars, gym (will open on March 15), a game room with board games, a room with a massage table, a business center, and garden areas for dogs and yoga.

It is super safe as it has a 24 hour security guard.

It has a washing center, hair dryer, coffee maker, iron and donkey and everything you need to cook, prepare drinks and enjoy your trip to the fullest (sheets, towels, shampoo, soap and toilet paper).

The entrance is autonomous with a security box where you will find the keys so that you can enter at any time and check in.

In stays longer than one week, at least a weekly cleaning will be carried out, which will be charged in $500 to the client, to make a change of sheets and towels, and keep the state of the apartment in optimal condition.
