These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1. 3. Liability for damage: Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties. 4. Instructions for rentals through platforms such as Airbnb: For apartments renting through these platforms, we ask that you instruct your guests on these provisions to avoid mishaps. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check-in is done at the lobby.
