Everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly and courteous, our cleaning maid (Erica) was wonderful and provided all we needed. We were close to the centro historico. They were able to organize tours for a very reasonable price. AND the breakfast/dining room area was very clean.

I like the service there at holiday inn the beds are comfortable. I don't like the towels are too old the hotel is getting old they need to upgrade the rooms. the carpet have been the same as I remember. I order food I liked half of all the items I ordered. I love the french frieds yes but everything else I dint like
