The hotel location is excellent, felt safe and everything was walking distance. Transportation was easily accessible for Ubers etc. The hotel its self can use some updates without losing its charm. Overall nice hotel. We were disappointed when they charged us $250 pesos for a towel I used that I got some of my tanning cream on. I use white towels all the time at home and the tan comes off once you wash it. They didn’t even offer to let me keep the towel since I basically paid for it. I felt like they could have washed it or $250 is a bit too much for a towel.

Quick stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The restaurant has really good breakfast and the location of the hotel can't be beat. The pool was a bit cold but didn't stop us from enjoying. And the rooftop area was also very nice.

A very comfortable, clean hotel with good service and very friendly staff. Clean areas and clean bathrooms. The restaurant has very good food and a variety of menus.
