Staff is friendly, warm, and very helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Great gym and pool with clean and accessible bathrooms. Both are on the 3rd floor. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Very large variety of quality, freshly made food items and the sweetest gal cooking up made to order omelettes, chilaquiles and quesadillas. Also, the best fresh green juice. Concierge can help you book tours, rental car, etc. Beautiful churches and shopping a couple blocks down.

I loved how historic the hotel and area is. It gives a great idea of what Guadalajara is all about. Staff is super nice & helpful. Everything was really clean. Only thing is that we did have some water issues, which is understandable considering how historical the hotel is. Other than that, the hotel and location was lovely.
