Moldy Bedding that Wreaked

I’m really shocked that this hotel has such amazing reviews. The service was incredibly polite so this has nothing to do with the staff however, in the moment I walked into my room it smelled like old wet towels or laundry you had left in the washer I forgotten about the smell was so strong. The room was so hot And in general, the area was not walkable, nor did I feel safe as a female solo traveler I immediately bumped into a different hotel closer to restaurants and with a cleaner better smelling room.

There was a mistake on my side about the date reservation. Front desk couldn’t help me had to contact Hotels.com to resolve issue spend an hour online chat. Did not get a refund or change of date. End up staying one more night since no changes were made to get credit.

they didnt clean the rooms good, you can see hair from the another huespedes, and the restroom smell nasty like the shower coming from the drain water hole. i tried to cancel the second week booked there and they denied. the pool with electrical cables unpluged from the light holes. the only good think there is the location.

Good location, clean, lovely and modern design. The shower space is sufficient and well organized. It would be perfect to change the shampoo, conditioner tinny pots into a bigger refillable bottle which’s easier to be handled.
