VOCO never fails to amaze me. This was my third time staying at VOCO and I will continue staying here whenever I travel to GDL. Staff is super friendly and the accommodations are simply the best. Lots of food options all around that are walkable. VOCO also has Querida Luna which is inside the hotel. Thank you VOCO! See you you guys next time

I like the location and how safe I felt. This was our second time staying. I would definitely stay here again. All stuff was very friendly from the front desk to housekeeping to everybody at the restaurant upstairs. Juan our waiter every day at breakfast was amazing, he was very attentive and great customer service.

The only negative about the hotel was that although it has a beautiful bar, the bar tender did not know how to prepare a cocktail. He did not take advise or recommendation from the paying customer. I specifically asked for a margarita that was not sweet or sugary. I was given a margarita that was syrupy and extremely sweet. I asked for a regular margarita with a small piece of pineapple and a few slices of jalapeño and I got an infused tequila that was the level of habanero. Impossible to drink. It burned the lips and throat on the first sip. I was charged for both drinks. As the bartender refused to return the first one and I ordered the second thinking he would get it right, not at all. Disappointing for sure. Hotel room was nice, clean and lines were a nice quality.
