Room was clean. No smell. No stain. Only thing I worried was the bath room. Flooring is marble. So you need to be extra careful when you get in and out the bathroom.

This is a great value property with clean spacious rooms. Great area next to shopping centre and dining options. Breakfast had lots of chinese options but slightly lacking in western options. Overall great hotel

Hidden gem

LN Hotel Five is a small boutique hotel but backed by a large name in the Guangzhou business world. Staff aim to please and are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast included and unlimited water and other supplies (within reason of course).

Exellent service and cleaniness

We had a great stay at LN Hotel Five! The location is perfect — right on the Pearl River, which is beautiful at night and lovely for a bike ride during the day. The hotel staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful, and the daily housekeeping kept the room spotless. Our room was big, spacious, and very comfortable. It’s also a short walk to Beijing Road, with plenty of dessert stores and shops nearby. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

LN hotel nice

My recent stay at LN hotel five was absolutely delightful! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. My room was spotless, and the cleanliness was much appreciated. And the bed? It was like sleeping on clouds – I had some of the best sleep I've ever had away from home. The hotel's location is fantastic too. It's incredibly close to popular markets, which made exploring and shopping super convenient. The hotel itself was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing experience. I highly recommend LN hotel five for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service and budget friendly.

Bathroom wasn't perfectly clean sadly, as well as surfaces in the room. The executive twin was spacious with a river view. The staff hardly spoke any english, so it was a bit hard to communicate via translating app. All in all a good hotel in walkable distance of Beijing Road.
