We stayed 8 nights and loved it. at the beginning we was disappointed since the night shift front desk couldn't speak a single word in English, but when we start to explore the neighborhood and talk to really helpful guys in the next day we fall in love with the location, view ,really clean and we had the confort of our own apartment . We walk alot but as a young couple we didn't have to us subway or bus to get anywhere, alomost everything is in walking distance, from sight seeing to shopping. I will recommend it . But try to search and learn the neighborhood if you have a short stay .

Great place. Easy walk to metro

5 minutes walk from Ruyi Fang metro station Exit B. Make sure you walk with the flow of traffic, pass the hospital and turn right into the street. Then its the block after the car park entry about 100m.

It was quite new, clean and very quiet neighbors. It is located in a community with security, very safe and less crowded.

Bad place.

Very bad service. No WiFi , Tv didn’t work. I complained about the WiFi and TV but they don’t even bother to rectify. My friend had to register his passport but they couldn’t do registration there and sent us to one of their branch which was so far wasted almost 2hrs. Toilet water didn’t flow well in both toilets. Although it’s a new property not well maintained and it was terribly dusty all the 3 beds. They probably haven’t changed sheets for couple of weeks, because no one might have used the rooms. The apartment I was give was very big and lack of cleanings. It’s was not wroth the money to stay. I won’t stay again… below the apartment very few shops.

Location is great cause is just a few minutes walk to MTR. Apt is spacious, fantastic view and 3 bedrooms apt good for family. Did not like the HSKP cause tissue roll has no spare and for a family with many ladies this is an issue. Did not replaced the next on the tissues. Bath towels were only 4 upon arrival but for a 3 bedroom and mentioned 6 the number of towels were not prepared in advance. The 3B apt is new, so new that some of the light wires were still there and the lights were not installed yet, the place still smells after decorated and we were lucky that the toilet clogged on the day we depart. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Will I go back? Mmm I guess not, given so many choices around.

Excellent services, staff are very helpful & friendly, room condition including layout, facilities & hygiene are close to perfect. Ideal location, situated in the middle of a luxury residential area, next to the Pearl River promenade and 5 min. walk to the underground station. The only complaint, perhaps, is the Wifi signal being not satisfactory

入住時因太晚 到了 如意坊 地鐵口 問人 但他們說 很遠要走幾條街 那麼便坐的士 給了地址 司機 安酒店名稱要 去20分鐘 但我說酒店 指示 是走路六分鐘 因說在醫院旁邊 那麼叫師父揸車 找尋 但都看不到路邊 有指示 最後下車問途人 才知道方向 酒店應該 要畀一個 清晰 指示 坐的士 入 導航 御景一號 入住房間 十分之滿意 床褥非常之舒服 有廚房但係什麼廚具也沒有 地方 環境 舒服 會再入住
