The house is simple but clean and cozy it has independent entrance with staircase, has 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed, plus 2 single beds and 2 double mattresses, being able to comfortably accommodate 8 people.
It has living room with air conditioning, sofa and TV, kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave and all household items. A leisure area with barbecue. Soon after leaving on the sidewalk you have a mini market for groceries and a veterinary clinic.
We are located 10 minutes drive from Pitangueiras beach and downtown Guarujá.
The house is ideal for those who do not want to spend with hotels and spend all day at the beach. Soon here is the right place to rent to save money, with a fair value!
We live here in the neighborhood at 28 years old, it is a quiet and family neighborhood.
