Lovely staff. Room decent. Hot water amazing. It rained 2 1/2 days and there was nothing to do. I would recommend using the casino space as a game activity area. Get pool tables, board games, bag toss tournaments, dominoes and tables, cards, ping pong tables. It would have been more enjoyable on those rainy days.

The room got flooded the roof was leaking. They gave us a room with 2 beds when we had one with 1 king size .we stayed there for 5 nights and were told we couldn’t reserve in the restaurants but 3 times ( that was our limit) for a all inclusive hotel I felt like we were limited. One of the house keeping girls walk in the room with out knocking. Also another housekeeping girl scolded us for having the balcony door open.
