Excellent Service

The gentleman that checked me and my family in was amazing. He helped me get my car parked in the designated parking area, got my wife hot water to wash our baby's bottles, printed up copies of receipts I needed for a U.S. Consulate interview and was a very nice and helpful to myself and my family.

Me cobraron dos veces y no me regresaron el dinero, el problema fue que la chica me dijo que no había pagado y lo que le enseñe de la página me comentó que no era real, y ahora estoy esperando me resuelva expedía la devolución del dinero. Pésimo servicio del hotel NO LO RECOMIENDO
