We look forward to welcoming you to our 42m2 wooden cottage, where you'll appreciate the comfort and the large south/west terrace with its unobstructed view.
Set in the middle of nature, this residence offers you a relaxing and peaceful stay!

Just 2 km from the beach at La Baule, our new eco-conscious wood-frame cottage is set in a quiet, well-kept residential park with trees and a janitor.
It features a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster), separate toilet and shower room.
The night area comprises two bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 single bed, 1 high single bed, an additional pull-out bed for a third bed, a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160cm), plenty of storage space.
Cot + mattress, and high chair on site.

bed linen and towels NOT PROVIDED
Possibility of renting linen RESERVED IN ADVANCE with Amélie:
- Set of single bed sheets: 15€.
- Set of sheets for double bed: 20€.
- Set of towels (1 bath sheet + 1 towel): €10
Prices include bed repair and professional cleaning/disinfection.
Maximum capacity is 5 people. A baby will be considered as a child, even if it sleeps in an umbrella bed (i.e. 2 children and 1 baby, i.e. 3 children max).
The living room opens onto a 25m2 semi-covered wooden terrace facing south/west.
The adjoining garden is private and there is no passage for children (end of cul-de-sac).
Table, chairs and deckchairs are available.
A private enclosed garden shed for storing bicycles and a private parking space.
A large heated swimming pool shared by the residence (open from June to September) as well as a bowling green and a small children's play area.
