    The full charge (268 CNY) was deducted (or closed) from my credit card when the booking was confirmed. When we have arrived I had to pay additional 500! When I wanted to clerify with the stuff why, they refused to talk to me, just talked with my girlfriend (she is Chinese). 10 minutes later I went back to the cashier to ask again. Then suddenly somebody was able to speak English... I have no idea whether I will got my money back or not... Anyway the room was so-so, maybe 10 years ago it was nice and it was not clean. At 8:30 a.m. there was almost nothing to eat for breakfast... btw MasterCard is NOT accepted (even the booking was done with that).

    Good quality for the price

    We had a superior room which was very clean, comfortable and quiet with air-conditioning. The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The wifi was slow but otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

    有點被騙的感覺

    離火車站有一段距離，交通不太方便，購物用餐都不方便，而且飯店早已經改名，網上還一樣用舊名稱！住宿最基本的茶包都沒有，全部都要用買的，跟網站上寫的都不一樣，房間燈罩破損嚴重，插座嚴重不足，手機要充電，必須先拔掉床頭燈才有辦法充電！而且，毛巾都很舊，退費還會亂扣錢，走廊電燈很暗。總之，跟網站上寫的完全不一樣。

    ホテル名が変わってしまっています。ホテルのフロントでは旧ホテル名では通じませんでした。英語も通じず往生しました。
