Perfect home for groups!

We loved this home, it was perfect for us to share the home with friends and family during our stay. My only complaint was that the dock is very tall, so tying our boat to it was not a great option.. and there was no way to drag the boat trailer down the driveway and back out.. we ended up leaving the truck and trailer down at the ramp for the weekend. If we ever come down without our boat, we would certainly consider this home again!

Great Location for MoBay and Gulf

The three level house was very nice. The location was right on Mobile Bay and allowed access to the Gulf Shores Beach. Close to the Fort Morgan/Dauphin Island Ferry. Great place to stay!

Amazing view

We had a blast with the pier. The whole time we saw dolphins right beside our pier. It was only a short walk to the pool and beach. Amazing place to stay.

Fishing at the bay, walk to beach, and pool time!!

This house was a Perfect family vacation!! Great location to bay and beach. Takes about 7-8 minutes to walk to beach. We enjoyed the screened back porch while listening to the all the sounds the bay had to offer. The one thing I would say that needs some improvement is the cleanliness. We found have eaten cookies on the twin trundle and the whole house just needed a good deep clean/ dusting. But it was nothing that keep us from having fun and making memories.

Absolutely beautiful!

The house is just like the listing portrayed it to be. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of nice dishes and pots and pans. The spice rack needs replenishing but other than that I have nothing but good to say!

Loved the house. Great for families. Owners must be foodies because kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Only drawback is lack of water access (no ladder or steps) to swim in bay. Great pier but needs a covered area to be able to enjoy during hotter months.

There is enough room for everyone the only thing was it could use a good cleaning there was some pots that still were dirty had a lot of food on them under the bed look like they have not been cleaned under in months guest left shoes behind that where still in the closet but other than that everything was wonderful we will be booking again for next year

Great for families

Beautiful house with a stunning view of the sunset. Location is exactly as described. Beach and pool access are a short walk away. We watched dolphins swimming from the back porch in the morning. We had a wonderful time and would love to vacation here again.

Relaxing and beautiful!

Loved this property! We enjoyed being on the bay side for easy access to dock for fishing and the beach was a very short walk across the street. The bedrooms were spacious and beautiful, beds comfortable and plenty of bathrooms! Loved the views from the porch and the top room. ❀❀ ONLY complaint is the driveway is not easy to spot from the road at night and GPS does not easily locate it; very easy to miss if you aren’t already familiar with the area. Overall a minor “con”, property was fantastic and we plan to return in the future!

Bay Vacation

The home was exactly as advertised and very beautifully decorated. Everything was perfect and the walk to the ocean was short and safe if you had small children. The only thing I would recommend to be looked at would be the railing on back steps. Very loose and unsafe for children that didn’t know better and leaned on it too hard. All were adults in our group and steered clear of them to avoid any accidents or injuries.

Quiet and secluded

The inside was very nice, but could use some close attention to a few maintenance items—just generally not impressed. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and all the items you may need. There were some spices, but many were mislabeled and no salt and pepper. And while there were two coffee makers, no condiments to accompany. And we were a little surprised there were no spare garbage can liners for the kitchen. Based on how many people can stay, most wouldn’t think to bring garbage bags—luckily I had a spare contractor garbage bag in the back of my vehicle. The master bedroom bath has a big tub and shower, but the bottom is not friction and can use some stick-ones to prevent slipping. The outside is in need of some attention. It appears that perhaps after the Sally Hurricane a couple of years ago, the property was never really put back in top condition. Just looking at the outside property, you would have questioned what the inside might be like. It would also be nice if there were a few folding chairs to take to the beach. We did use the community pool, but we’re surprised the road was flooded and muddy and in need of re-paving. To sum it up—the property was ok, but for the total price, we would have expected more attention to detail. To be at the end of a 20 mile road, you want the place your staying to be impeccable and inviting and this one just falls a short—not bad, just not great.

I don’t even know where to begin! This house is absolutely perfect in Every way!! It accommodated 10 of us very comfortably! Plenty of space, comfortable beds, great couch and sitting area for most of us to hang out and watch a movie. The screened in porch was the best part, especially to my husband. He stayed out there the majority of the time and said he could retire right there!! The VIEWS!! All day long you had beautiful views! The house was secluded and quiet. Just what we wanted! We fished, kayaked and swam right beside of the house. The beach was easy to get to. A golf cart would be great to rent but we drove over and dropped off! Worked perfectly! The most relaxing vacation we have ever been on! Book it! You will not be disappointed!!

Needs to get a better cleaning crew

First, it is a very nicely decorated place and great location. Me and my sister noticed it wasn’t very clean. I called and emailed the office but it was Friday afternoon and wasn’t sure I would get a call back. So we started cleaning. I got a call back and I explained the situation and they sent someone to clean. This caused us a delay in plans. I didn’t expect to have to clean the place. It put a damper on our family time. I would probably stay again if I was sure it was clean.

Beautiful view as soon as you walk in the front door! We had no problem getting settled in, we had everything we needed from towels to cook wear! & plenty of room for everyone!
