This adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bath coastal chic condo at Lagoon Run is ready for your family’s vacation! Lagoon Run is located across the street from the beautiful sugar white beaches and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll also have easy access to the lagoon and dock. Pro-Tip: Bring crab lines or traps and crab right from the fishing pier!

The Space

The kitchen offers updated black appliances, granite counters and is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates & glassware, a standard coffee maker and pretty much anything you’ll need to make yourself at home while on vacation.

The living area is open and spacious with a cozy sleeper sofa and 2 accent coastal barrel chairs. There is a 50" Roku TV, cable and complimentary WIFI. The living room opens to the large, corner balcony to enjoy the mornings and afternoons to enjoy dining or just relaxing feeling the coastal breezes.

The primary bedroom offers a king premium mattress set with coastal decor and a attached bath with updated granite vanity and shower tub combo. The custom built-in headboard has reading lamps and USB ports to charge your phones & I-pad. 50" Roku TV.

The guest bedroom #2 offers a queen premium mattress set with coastal decor and a 50" Roku TV.

The guest bedroom #3 is great for the kids offering a twin over full bunk, sleeping 3 people, and a 40" Roku TV.

The unit also offers an in-unit washer and dryer.

Be sure to take advantage of the large corner balcony with epic sunsets and sunrises, truly magical. Guest will enjoy several sitting areas for dining and porch swing.

Lagoon Run also offers guest a large swimming pool with loungers, and a BBQ area just off the pool area with picnic tables surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and views of Big Lagoon.

Bring your fishing poles and fish right off the dock

*Parking: Guest Reservation includes 2 parking passes. Max of 2 parking passes allowed.
*Docks-All persons using the docks, do so at their own risk. Lagoon Run and Coastal View Vacations is not responsible for any accident or
injury in connection with use of the docks; nor the loss of any personal property.
*Boat Slip: Guest that plan to bring their boat must register craft with Lagoon Run and also provide proof of insurance.
*There is a Lagoon Run Boat Dock Fee of $25.00 per day.

Boats must be trailered after use-No overnight docking


1. Boat slips are for owners, their guests, and renters only.
2. The boat ramp may only be used by owners, their guests, and renters.
3. The boat ramp is to be closed and locked at all times.
4. Boats are to use the slips and personal watercraft are to use the finger piers.
5. Crab traps should be left alone if they do not belong to you. Remove all traps when you leave
6. No wake rules apply

Boat ramp key is in the unit and guests need to purchase a boat/trailer pass at local office for parking. $20

Beach Access, Lagoon, Fishing Pier and Pool offers its guests a water park. Beach Access, Lagoon, Fishing Pier and Pool also features barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and a lift.
