Overall, no real complaints and we enjoyed our brief stay. However, be aware some of the “gulf view” rooms are accurate if you are sitting at an angle and looking around the wall to see the gulf. Not a deal breaker for us.

Hotel is being remodeled and will be very nice when done. Our issue was with check in. The women had really long nails and took forever to type things and do things. We booked 2 queen beds. She gave us a single double in a room with brand new fridge and microwave that still had the heavy duty tape on them and shrink wrap. She acted like that was no big deal. The advertised bar isn’t functioning but it is advertised.

We had a great time here. The customer service was amazing. Kara and Angel at the front desk were top notch!!! The room and hotel were spotless. We originally tried for a condo for the kitchen but the fridge in the room was great and THE PIZZA was AMAZING!! I do not typically eat pizza (why I wanted the kitchen) but oh man it was so worth it. I would definitely stay again and hope to see Kara at the desk!!

We absolutely loved the location, cleanliness, amenities, easy and quick check in, and service. I wish we could have stayed longer. We would have booked our return here too but the price is twice as much as what we paid just for one night once we get back so it became out of our budget for the return drive but next time we visit we’ll definitely be staying here again.
