We liked it very much. The only problem was that the elevators were temporarily closed and several people walked up to their condos on the 13th to 14th floors or waited a long time until they could go up.

Great property with lots of room. View from balcony was tremendous. Elevators were fast, so little delay in accessing 13th floor. Huge master shower area with 3 shower heads. Refrigerator ice maker was adequate for 7 people.

Great Property along the Gulf Shored

This was a great property in the heartbeat of the Gulf Shores. The listing is accurate and the hosts were great to work with. I’m reluctant to share this review though, because we want to rent it again next summer and I don't want it to get booked up.

What a trip

This is a vacation to remember. I’m gonna stay at the beginning of this that this has nothing to do with the property manager or the property itself, but we arrived at 6:15 on Saturday evening with two firetrucks and three people stuck in an elevator. At this point, we carried all of our luggage and everything up 18 flights of stairs to find out that the elevators will be broken the entire week that being said this condo was absolutely amazing. Had everything we needed very clean. Only real complaint would probably be the lack of newer TVs, but that’s just being picky. We rented beach chairs from down on the beach the price was very nice first all week and was very worth it. Other than the fact that our whole trip was walking up and down flights of stairs, our vacation was very good and the property manager was very communicative in the whole process. They did try to move us twice, but we felt like we were situated where we wanted to be for the beach And what not. All in all I would give this place another chance because it had everything that my family needed and was essentially located to a lot of things.

1st Beach Vacation for Papaw and Gigi’s boys

I really don’t know where to start. This condo was absolutely adorable and clean. Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub were spotless. Great view and access directly on the beach. We will be back again!!

Great Vacation Balcony

If you love the sound of the ocean waves, watching dolphins from the balcony while drinking your morning coffee, this place is for you. The interior was relaxing, it was not cluttered, the color scheme was calming. The beach is beautiful and "raked" daily. If you are flying and don't have space in your luggage for beach chairs, you can rent 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella for the day for a reasonable cost. They will be set up for you on the beach in front the of the condo with your name on them. From check-in to check-out the stay was seamless. A few places to check out while during your stay Happy Pappy's coffee shop and The Wharf. A few kitchen items that would be appreciated are a knife sharpener and a large cutting board (for fruits/veggies).We would definitely stay here again.

Turtle-y awesome Prom-posal

We “shore” had a “turtle-y” awesome time at this condo as my son asked his girlfriend to prom on the beautiful sands below our balcony! Beautiful condo, fantastic views, and incredible memories! Thank you for allowing us to stay in this awesome place. Highly recommend!

Gulf Shores Blizzard

No complaints about condo EXCEPT (1) heater stopped heating the afternoon of the blizzard; however, Tom from VRBO weathered the storm and repaired the heater. (2) the building elevators ceased working on 2 separate days resulting in climbing up 15 flights of stairs; however, George from the HOA used an emergency feature of the elevator to transport our luggage and us to our car on the day of departure. Best vacation we have ever been on!!!!

This place is so gorgeous, clean and spacious. Pictures and description are spot on. We stayed during Hurricane Helene and the gulf shores were not affected minus 2 days we could not get in the ocean, but that’s ok we still sat on the beach and listened to the waves. It is one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on!!! We will definitely be coming back next year and hope to stay at this same place! Property managers were texting me updates before we flew out about the tropical storm/hurricane and that this area was not under evacuation. Such a great and tentative property management company!!!! I highly recommend people come stay at Crystal Shores West!
