Great for big families

Listing and pictures very accurate. Right on the beach, 7 bedrooms, wading pool ideal for toddlers and kids.Kitchen not well laid out but 2 refrigerators and enough utensils for an army. We liked it.

Large Group 👍

The place had plenty of rooms for the five families that stayed with children ranging from 2-18. The master bedroom on the third floor only had a jet tub which wasn’t convenient for the family who stayed in that room. The other bathrooms all had shower/tub combos. The beach area was clean and was easily assessed from the home being just steps away. The pool is on the small side but worked great for the kiddos or to jump into to cool off from being at the beach. It was great having two refrigerators but the door shelves did fall out easily. There was plenty of seating for everyone at dinner time with the bar and two tables. The outside patio furniture was in great shape and was good quality. Overall, we had a great stay with no problems to reports to the property manager.

Great Beachfront House

The house was exactly what we expected based on the listing! Super nice to be right on the beach and the Fort Morgan area has a very nice and relaxed feel to it. The kids loved the pool but it was a little small for all 19 of us (we knew it would be small based on pictures though). The local company was quick to respond to texts about needed items in the kitchen and brought them the next morning. Check in was super easy. Lots of emails and communication that was helpful. Fort Morgan is kind of in the boonies (30 minute drive to Gulf Shores from Fort Sun) but makes the beach less crowded. We enjoyed our stay!

2024 Vacation

Our large group found your home very accommodating & made our week enjoyable. We enjoyed being a few steps from the beach and activities were not far away. We were fortunate for such beautiful weather. We would truly love to revisit for another vacation.

Amazing vacation!!

This duplex is made for our extended family. There is a door that connects the two units, Fort Sun East and West. That allowed us privacy with easy accessibility to our cousins. We loved all the bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, and two refrigerators was very nice. Property manager was easy to contact. We have already booked for next year!!

The Best Family Vacay!

We loved being right on the beach. The view of the ocean and especially the sunrise was awesome! The private pool was definitely a plus! I bought an inflatable volleyball net and it was "let the games begin!" Lots of fun with the grands and greatgrands.

Big Group?? Book Now Seriously!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We rented both sides and had 6 families on this trip. The house was more than big enough for all of us. The multiple fridges were great since there were so many people and some people were very picky so they had to have certain foods and drinks. We love staying in Fort Morgan due to the peacefulness of the beaches so this was perfect for our group. The two pools were perfect for nights when we weren't able to take the kids to the beach. It was also perfect for my grandson who has eczema and can't be in the sun for a long period of time. All of the parents loved the connecting rooms, so they were able to be close to their kids the whole stay. We go to Fort Morgan every year with family and friends, but this was the first time staying in the same house with so many people. It was way easier to do things and go places together instead of meeting up somewhere and waiting for others to show up. This may be a new tradition to stay in the same house so we will definitely book again, already looking for the summer of next year.

This property was great for our large family. The beach was clean and we had it to ourselves for the majority of our stay. Activities, attractions, & shopping was just an easy 20-30 mins away. 10/10 definitely recommend.

This was a perfect set up for our family.

This was a wonderful location and they said it was perfect. Very roomy and clean. Had a couple of issues with the Internet and it was addressed properly. The only thing I would add is a couple of steps going off of the deck to the beach as it is a large drop off

Southern Vacations (management) was very responsive as was Bama Beach Houses (owners). This house had room for 17 of us. It’s right on the beach, but it’s out about 19 miles from Gulf Shores itself with not a lot in between, although Sassy Bass is a nice little restaurant. On 4 levels with lots of stairs and no elevator.

We had a group of 11 adults and 4 children under the age of 4 and there was plenty of room! The location is perfect for a large group! Right on the beach and beatiful view from the porch! We loved this house and had a fantastic time.

Great home for large groups.

Excellent location away from the spring break crowd. Plenty of room both in the house and on the beach. Had a bad storm while we were there but management was at the house first thing in the morning with new deck chairs and table. Would definitely rent again!
